Position: Technical Support
|
|
Description: Under supervision of a Chief Executive Officer, in conjunction with our sales team, assists customers with installation and troubleshooting of kSoft developed software. In addition, this position will troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

|
Requirements: This position requires knowledge of Windows XP and Windows Vista, including hardware installation and basic networking.
