AAA Check Advance began using Term Loan Manager in May of 2005.  Prior to that time we had been using a dos-based application and were looking to update to a Windows based program.  Term Loan Manager turned out to be exactly what we were looking for.

Over the past two years we have worked extensively with KSoft Corp to customize the program to the current Payday Loan industry.

I am please to report that we now have a software package that exceeds our original expectations.

Some of the improvements we realized through the use and development of this program are:

1. Decreased training time for new employees from one month to 2-3 business days.
2. Because the software follows generally accepted accounting principles plus the ability to customize data and send it quickly and easily to our accounting firm we have realized a decrease in accounting costs.
3. Pure ease of use has resulted in employees being able to process more customers per hour thereby decreasing payroll requirements.
4. Custom reports from a General Ledger Detail and Income Statement to the number of new customers each month and their source of referral give a quick and easy snapshot of our business with just a few mouse clicks.
5. A checkbook reconciliation function similar to “QuickBooks” makes reconciling our checking account each month faster and easier.
6. When a contract is generated, the accompanying check (when appropriate) is automatically generated and printed.  No more hand written checks.
7. When a mistake is made by an employee, a reversal function makes it as easy as a mouse click to correct the problem.
8. Installing the program on our servers and workstations is easy to accomplish.
9. Printer setup is a breeze.
10. Automatic reporting and polling Teletrack increases the speed of processing new customers.
11. Security features keep employees out of sensitive areas.
12. Installing and deleting users and their passwords is quick and easy.
13. And, coming soon, On-line applications to increase the number of customers you can capture!

 

These are just a few of the features we now have that were lacking in our old software.  If you are looking for a Windows-based software package for the Payday Loan/Title Loan/Installment Loan industry then look no farther.  I highly recommend Term Loan Manager.
